How to Burn Off Stomach Fat Fast!
Today I want to show you how to burn off stomach fat fast. Dieting is the most effective way to lose weight. But, if you want to get rid of fat from your belly, you want to choose exercises that burn fat.

The periods of high intensity need to last between 10 and 15 seconds. Then follow this with periods of lower intensity of between 30 and 45 seconds. Keep repeating this cycle until you have completed at least 10 minutes of any exercise you choose. 30 minutes is ideal.
You can use elliptical machines, treadmills, stationary bikes, or running.
If you haven’t heard of this before, all this basically means is that you perform any exercise you choose for 20 seconds without stopping, and then rest for 10 seconds. Just keep repeating this cycle until you have completed 4 minutes in total.
It’s as simple as that. But just because it’s simple doesn’t mean it’s easy. You can do this for almost any type of exercise, especially those that involve full body movements. This is perfect for any exercise that involves weights.
You’ll be amazed at how effective it is for losing weight and inches fast. The exercise I personally do this for is squats. I hold five-pound dumbbells at my shoulders while doing as many squats as I can for 20 seconds.
For great weight loss results, just do this two times a week. That’s only 8 minutes total a week.
