    I workout at 2 pm and 9pm at the gym. More like a split shift. I normally
    wake at 11am and go to bed at 3am. I lost 50 lbs in 2.5 months.

    Ok so your video title has no sense! I sit the whole day, and twice a day I
    go to the gym. I didn’t loose weight but I gained muscle. I dont want to
    change my eating habits, I want to eat the whole chocolate and a litre of
    milk, after 15 minutes a bag of chips, after that my lunch, after that
    another chocolate and so on! I burn more calories in the gym than I eat,
    and still nothing happened. So, for ppl looking how to loose weight without
    diet…. ITS IMPOSSIBLE!
